2011 was a successful year for Ukrainian retail. Supermarket chains have grown; among the most active are grocery stores: ATB, Brusnitsa, Nash Krai, Perekrestok, Polyana, Silpo, Fora, Furshet, Eco-market. New international network operators have entered the market, stores of famous world brands have been opened. The retail real estate segment took the position of the leader in terms of development dynamics among all segments of the real estate market both in Kyiv and in the regions. Reflecting the growth trends, MaRGo Shop 2012, an exhibition of technologies and equipment for trade, which will be held February 28 – March 2 in Kyiv, also demonstrates a 15% growth.

Retailers are expected to get acquainted with the full range of equipment for the complex equipping of retail enterprises – from “cold”, cash registers and software to consumables and POS materials, as well as special thematic sections: “Own production: store, workshop, fast food” ; “Non-Food: equipment for the sale of non-food products”. “MaRGo 2012” will present the “Trade Logistics” exposition for the first time.

Simultaneously with MaRGo 2012, the KyivExpoPlaza exhibition center will host the Industrial Cold, ClimateExpo and Franchising exhibitions.
